Cleaning Tip - Clothes Washing

Try not to be lured in by your washing machine to using a super high spin speed. For everyday loads a super high spin speed won't make a huge different to the end drying time but it will overly crush and potential damage your clothes, use more energy, make the cycle take longer and possibly make the contents smell a little stale.

So what is the best spin speed to use? It does depend on what you have in the machine and which wash setting you are using but generally a speed of 800 rpm will work well for most loads.  The spin at 800rpm on each cycle will be different, 800 on cottons, for example, will be different to 800 on delicates.
